What is the difference between Form SB/08A and Form SB/08B?

8/20/2017

The SB/08A Form provides a listing of both US and foreign patents and publications.  The SB/08B Form provides a listing of non-patent literature references.  One or both forms (or multiple copies of one or the other) may be submitted in an IDS, depending upon the type and total number of references being cited.

Note that there is also an EFS version that is an editable pdf, allowing you to add as many entries to the IDS as needed.  The form has embedded buttons allowing you to add or remove as many entries as you desire.
