A guide to developing an international patent portfolio

As already mentioned in a prior post, there is no such thing as a "world patent." If patent protection is sought in multiple countries, separate patent applications need to be filed in each country where protection is sought.

Squire Patton Boggs posted a recent article describing a list of important considerations clients should consider when developing an international patent portfolio.
